3 lbs pork roast 1 tsp salt
1 cup dark brown sugar 1 tsp chili powder
1 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 TB minced onions
1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp powdered ginger
I used light brown sugar and still tasted pretty darn good! You can also use Chicken or Beef with this recipe.
so yummy. We had these the other night and they were delicious. We loved them. Did you really use that much sugar? And what is the enchilada sauce? I think that beef is the right choice for this recipe. Thanks Andrea!
