CURRY CHICKEN

2 to 3 Chicken breast cooked and cubed
Stir-fry veggies cooked in olive oil until a little crunchy
Yellow Curry paste
1/2 cup ketchup
salt
minced garlic
Pour over rice or noddles.

It all depends on how much left over you want. It can be cut down.
Cook Chicken until it is almost cooked at curry past, salt, minced garlic all to taste. Add veggies after you cook then in a pan until a little crunchy and cook until everything is heat.

  1. This was very yummy and fresh tasting. We put rice noodles on top and it gave a good crunch to it! Loved this dish!
