Chicken n Rice

1-1 1/2 Cups of rice
1 package lipton onion soup mix (or any generic brand)
2 cans cream soup (cream of chicken or cream of mushroom)
1 1/2 cans of water
Mix all of these ingredients together with a whisk.
Pour this mixture into a greased 13 x 9 glass pan
Top with cut up pieces of chicken breast
Sprinkle with a bit of garlic (optional)
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour

  1. HI AMY! Will you put your lasagna recipe on? We had it last night and it was so good. I ate a whole row myself. Really I did. I am not ashamed. ha. I had my hair done from 4:30-6:30 and I just took it out of the freezer at 4 and put it in the oven at 350 and it was ready for my family at 6. It was perfect! So thanks for making dinner last night AMY!

  2. ok. I'm so glad you liked it because I was worried about it. I love the lasagna but I've never tried freezing it and then cooking it, so I didn't know how it would turn out. I feel better!
